Distance Selling Regulations and Return Policy
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel/return your order within seven working days, following the day after the date of delivery. This applies to unused items purchased through our website. You will be entitled to a refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your own specification.
To exercise your rights, under these regulations you must email us. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. We will advise you of the return address upon first contact with us.
All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, in which case we will refund the reasonable postage cost on receipt of the unused goods.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. We will normally refund through PayPal, we will advise you if this is not the case.
